Some special designs, produced with international partners, are currently unavailable for U.S. shipping due to the latest 2026 import regulations. We are actively exploring better solutions for our U.S. customers. To take a glance at our full collection, you may switch to the Canada market.

If your package is lost
In-Transit Loss
If you notice your tracking has no movement for 21 days, please contact us. We will immediately file an insurance claim. Please allow a turnaround time of 3-5 business days for verification. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the carrier verifies the claim.
Post-Delivery Loss
If a package is marked "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not liable for theft or incorrect / incomplete addresses provided at checkout once the carrier confirms delivery.
If your package arrives damaged
While we carefully inspect and document each piece before it leaves our studio, we understand that transit can be unpredictable. If your piece arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Submit Evidence: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the external mailing box.
- Photos of the internal packaging and the damaged piece.
- Please note: if the piece itself is pristine, the delivery is still considered successful, as the outer packaging is designed to absorb the impact of transit to protect your piece.
2. Verification: Once we receive your evidence, we will immediately file a claim. Please allow a turnaround time of 3-5 business days for verification.
3. Return: We may require the damaged piece to be returned to our studio. If a return is requested:
- The piece must be unworn, with the original tag intact and in its original packaging.
- We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and cover all costs.
4. Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method once the carrier verifies the claim or the damaged piece is received at our studio.
