ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Once processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
FINAL SALE
Thank you for choosing Everwood Studio’s handcrafted pieces. Every piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment and delivered in pristine, uncirculated condition. We do not restock returned items. Once it reaches you, it begins its history with its first wearer.
At this time, all sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective items. We do not offer returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Natural variations: Natural variations in color, internal textures such as inclusions or ice cracks, and surface patterns are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.
- Handcrafted evidence: Subtle marks of craftsmanship, including minor surface textures and artisanal finishes, are part of our manual process and are not considered defects.
- Incorrect sizing: Please consult our Size Guide before placing your order.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
We carefully inspect the quality of every product. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours. Once verified, we will provide a refund or replacement. To initiate a claim, please follow the damage claims procedure outlined in our Shipping section.
