What is the Everwood Log?

The Everwood Log is our email update system. When you subscribe, you’ll receive updates about Everwood Studio’s products, stories, and special offers. It’s a simple way to stay connected.
What is the Everwood Archivist Rewards program?

The Archivist Rewards program is our loyalty system, linked to your Online Store account.

As an Archivist, you can:

  • Earn points through purchases and certain activities.
  • Redeem points for rewards such as discounts.
  • Invite friends and receive referral rewards when they make their first purchase.

Your points, rewards, and order history are stored in your Online Store account so everything can be tracked in one place.
What is an Online Store account?

The Online Store is a sales channel provided and managed by Shopify. Your Online Store account stores your order history, loyalty rewards (the Everwood Archivist Rewards), and personal information. This makes future purchases faster and easier, and keeps your points and rewards safe.
How do I find my size?

How do I care for my pieces?

Daily Basics:

  • Keep dry and store separately
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics

Are your materials natural?

Our materials are carefully selected for quality and authenticity. Metals include solid 925 and 999 silver, and stainless steel. Organic elements include cultured pearls and wood. Inorganic elements include natural gemstones, with some lab-grown stones used for specific design purposes.

At this time, all sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective items. Please see Cancellations & Returns for details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days after placement. Shipping generally takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please see Shipping for details.

Why was tax not added to my total?

GST/HST is not charged at checkout as Everwood Studio currently qualifies as a Canadian small supplier. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
